Pay Range: $54.46 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide manufacturing support for RLGs, particularly in glass machining.
- Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends.
- Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis.
- Develop improvements in product design and manufacturing processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
- Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
- Facilitate a self-driven workforce culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
- Conduct failure analysis, manufacturing assembly, and testing on returned goods.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, test, fabrication, or assembly processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.
- Knowledge of RCCA, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA tools and methodologies.
- Strong ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.
- Hands-on work ethic with initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to convey information clearly across diverse teams.
- Experience in product, process, manufacturing, or test engineering is valued.
