Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering experience
- 2+ years building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production
- Strong experience with Python development
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
- Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application design patterns
- Experience deploying applications within Azure, AWS, or GCP environments
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable system design
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Desired Skills & Experience- Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft AI ecosystem experience
- Experience fine-tuning or optimizing foundation models
- LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
- Experience with ML Ops practices and model lifecycle management
- Knowledge of NLP, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics
- Experience developing AI agents and multi-agent workflows
- Experience with Databricks and machine learning platforms
- Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes
