What you'll do:

• Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing barriers to enhance performance.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, merchandising programs, and communications.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on merchandise priorities and system support developments.
• Develop and oversee training programs, ensuring content relevance and effectiveness aligned with new procedures.
• Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and improve store processes.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
• Model compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards in all activities.
