This role in summary
Whirlpool Corporation is looking for strong talent to join our fast paced and high performing Finance organization to make an impact and grow their career. We are hiring for multiple positions and seeking talent in several areas of expertise such as: Accounting, General Finance, Treasury, Audit and Tax.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to deliver robust financial planning and analysis, precise budgeting, rigorous data-driven forecasting, and managing global treasury and capital structures while maintaining world-class corporate governance and ensuring strict compliance with accounting and regulatory standards. While doing so, you will have the opportunity to apply finance skills, strengthen business acumen, and accelerate your professional career in a Fortune 200 consumer products company.
Locations we are hiring in: Benton Harbor / St Joseph, MI; Multiple manufacturing locations across the U.S
Your responsibilities will include
Forecasting and Planning
Provide near and long-range forecasting to enhance strategic decision making (strategy planning, annual budgeting, and monthly outlook). Review financial results and run comparative analysis to ensure reasonability and consistency with overall financial objectives
Manage and drive process efficiency
Deliver continuous improvements across key recurring processes to drive simplification and process efficiencies while maintaining or improving data quality. Utilize knowledge of processes and systems to advise cross-functional teams on appropriate data sources for analysis.
Drive Analytical Insights for Process partners
Deliver analytical insights and influence decision-making by influencing business and finance leaders Establish relationships with process partners that facilitate effective collaboration and drive positive change
