We are looking for a Senior Investments & Acquisitions Analyst to join our fast-paced Investments Team!
Where You Will Work:
This position is eligible to sit in our Chicago, IL office, located in Willis Tower. Our Headquarters is located in Denver, CO. The role is eligible in Chicago or Denver.

Role Overview
Join one of the most active multifamily investment platforms in the industry. As Senior Analyst, Investments & Acquisitions, you will play a highly visible role supporting AIR Communities and Blackstone deal teams in the underwriting, evaluation, acquisition, and disposition of multifamily assets across Blackstone investment vehicles.
This is an opportunity for a technically strong, detail-oriented investment professional to gain direct exposure to senior stakeholders, including Blackstone executives, while working on complex, high-value real estate transactions.
Since 2018, the platform has transacted more than $21 billion in multifamily assets, offering exceptional deal flow, mentorship from experienced real estate investors, and access to proprietary business intelligence, specialist teams, and industry-leading technology. This role reports to a Market Leader on the Investments Team.
