Senior Analyst – Workforce Analytics

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $50.00–$52.00/hour (W2)

• Standard business hours with overtime as needed

• 12-month contract with potential extension or full-time conversion

ROLE IMPACT

Join a leading global automotive organization to help shape workforce strategy through advanced talent analytics. In this role, you will partner with HR leaders to transform workforce data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, improve talent outcomes, and strengthen organizational planning. Success is measured by delivering meaningful analytics, compelling executive-level storytelling, and scalable workforce reporting solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify workforce priorities, define analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx to monitor workforce trends and business performance.

• Perform trend, statistical, predictive, and root-cause analysis using large workforce datasets to support strategic talent initiatives.

• Translate complex quantitative and qualitative findings into clear business insights for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and data architecture teams to improve data quality, governance, reporting capabilities, and workforce analytics roadmaps.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

• Advanced experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and at least one statistical programming language such as R or Python.

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale workforce or talent analytics initiatives while presenting insights to business leaders.
