Position Summary: Senior Analyst Support / Lab Lead
- Supports the Systems Integration & Test Environment center by managing and implementing environmental test projects.
- Oversees day-to-day administrative functions of multiple engineering and environmental test labs.
- Ensures safety, security, and compliance with established governance and procedures.
- Collaborates with customers, employees, and senior leaders to implement process and procedural changes.
- Supports laboratory operations, sustainment activities, audits, evaluations, and coordination efforts.
- Support Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) and communicate guidelines to lab users.
- Assist with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) tasks and sustainment activities.
- Support property tracking and equipment check-in/update activities.
- Assist with cost tracking and help maintain budget expectations.
- Provide support to Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities.
- Prepare materials and documentation for audits and assessments.
- Assist with lab evaluations and follow-up on identified improvements.
- Follow security and material-handling requirements for controlled items and documentation.
- Support communication efforts and routine coordination tasks for managers and teams.
- Work collaboratively while adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Perform assigned duties under regular supervision.
- Perform work that may involve standing, walking, and occasional outdoor activities.
- U.S. Citizen.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working with engineers, technicians, or team leads in a laboratory or technical environment.
- Basic mechanical or electrical/electronic skills.
- Familiarity with workplace safety guidelines.
- Experience supporting safety, security, compliance, or property-handling activities.
- Exposure to EHS processes or safety/quality programs.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with metrology or equipment calibration processes.
