Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Perform Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) on PCB assemblies
• Inspect electronic assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate, start up, and shut down AOI equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on AOI machines
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
• Identify defects and stop production when quality issues are found
• Maintain accurate inspection records
• Assist with visual inspections and train new AOI operators

Qualifications:
 1+ year of AOI or electronic assembly inspection experience preferred
 Experience with PCB assembly is a plus
 Ability to use microscopes, calipers, hand tools, and inspection equipment
 Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
 Able to read blueprints and technical documents
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
