Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems.
• Implement role-based security and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and security protocols.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Proficiency in SQL Queries.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Preferences

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
• Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and DevOps practices.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect.
