    Description

    Are you a highly skilled Architect with strong experience leading projects and delivering high-end residential designs? Do you enjoy balancing creative design with technical execution while guiding teams through complex project phases? We’re looking for a Senior Architect to join a dynamic, award-winning studio working on luxury residential projects in New York.

    This role involves active participation across all phases of architectural projects, from conceptual design through construction administration. You’ll play a key role in leading and coordinating projects, collaborating closely with principals, consultants, and clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design and documentation. This is a full-time opportunity aligned with New York working hours.

    What you’ll do

    • Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Administration.

    • Develop and oversee high-quality construction documents, including full CD sets.

    • Produce and coordinate 3D modeling during SD and DD phases.

    • Translate design intent into executable and technically sound solutions.

    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, structural, MEP, etc. to ensure fully integrated project delivery.

    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal team workflows.

    • Support site visits, field verification, and construction administration activities.

    • Prepare and contribute to client presentations, including drawings, diagrams, and visual materials.

    • Collaborate closely with principals and project leads on design development and decision-making.

    • Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.

    • Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all project phases.

    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high performance and responsiveness.


    What you must have

    • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    • Proven experience leading architectural projects across all phases, from concept to construction.

    • Advanced English level with excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Experience producing and coordinating construction documentation aligned with U.S. standards and local codes.

    • Background in high-end or luxury residential projects.

    • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.


    A great plus

    • Experience working within U.S.-based architectural workflows, codes, and permitting processes.

    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator for presentations.

    • Experience with SketchUp or Rhino for additional modeling capabilities.

    • Experience working in collaborative or hybrid studio environments.
