We’re seeking a Senior Architect (RA) with a passion for design leadership and a strong technical foundation. This is a highly visible role where you’ll guide projects from early concept through construction, mentor emerging talent, and play a key part in growing client relationships and expanding market presence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural design efforts from concept through construction administration

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships

• Drive project delivery, coordinating closely with structural, MEP, civil, and environmental teams

• Provide design direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to internal teams

• Contribute to business development efforts, including strategic partnerships and key account growth

• Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and industry events

• Ensure design quality, code compliance, and alignment with project goals and budgets

• Apply creative problem-solving to complex and unique design challenges

What You Bring

• 10+ years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio of built work

• Licensed Architect (RA) required

• Proven ability to lead projects and manage multidisciplinary coordination

• Strong design sensibility paired with technical expertise in documentation and delivery

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred

• Experience with project specifications and CSI formatting

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s preferred

• LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience is a plus
