Senior Art Director

We currently have an opening in our New Orleans or Nashville office for a Senior Art Director professional with minimum 10 years of experience.

What you'll do:**

Support the Creative Director in all aspects of the department.  Successfully work across departments, partnering with various team members as required.

Lead and assist the Creative Team in developing concepts, revising existing documents, assisting in broadcast pre-production coordination, photo/video shoots, participating on new business pitch assignments, and keeping up with the latest software.

Quality control for all work produced is maintained by accurate proofreading, distributing forms, backing up data, recording time accurately, and following processes established by the agency. 

Ability and experience effectively presenting ideas and concepts directly to clients.

Oversight and direction of team members and ability to evaluate, coach and counsel as necessary.

Must be detail oriented, adept at multi-tasking, and a self-starter. Ability to remain calm during stressful situations while managing urgent deadlines, organizing and multi-tasking a variety of details in ever changing situations and possess a diplomatic and problem-solving attitude. 

What we are looking for:**

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an Agency setting ideating, curating and delivering client branding and marketing collaterals.
• Healthcare, tourism, food and beverage and banking-related account experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Successfully function in a fast-paced environment: the ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong organizational skills; dedicated to team and client service excellence.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and applications; experience using Mac/Apple software is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills combined with a good sense of humor.
• Travel as often as necessary.
