As a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing Performance within the Business Banking Acquisition Marketing team, you will own the performance measurement and reporting capabilities that power one of the firm''s most productive customer growth engines - a team responsible for generating over 310,000 new accounts annually. You will translate complex, multi-source data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations that guide marketing leaders, product partners, and senior executives. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of analytics, digital marketing, and strategic storytelling, offering meaningful opportunities to shape how the team measures success and builds for the future.
