What You’ll Do
Lead single-plaintiff, class action, collective action, and PAGA matters through all phases of litigation
Develop litigation strategy and take ownership of its execution
Direct discovery and take and defend depositions
Work with expert witnesses
Draft and argue dispositive and other significant motions
Appear in court and represent clients at trial and arbitration
Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations
Prepare complex matters for trial and arbitration
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of industries
What You’ll Need
At least 7 years of California labor and employment litigation experience
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
Juris Doctor degree
Ability to independently manage significant litigation matters
Experience handling complex class action and PAGA matters, including class certification, dispositive motions, expert discovery, and trial preparation
