As a Senior Associate in Business Banking Lending Finance, you will support pricing analysis, forecasting, and management reporting across retail and wholesale lending portfolios. You will translate business cases into financial performance analysis, generating actionable insights that help leaders make informed decisions. You will contribute to initiatives from concept through implementation and ongoing monitoring, working closely with stakeholders to interpret results and shape key decisions. You will also identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of management reporting while maintaining strong governance and controls.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience with lending products and pricing, including rate grids, floors and ceilings, segmentation, and pricing parameter governance.
Experience building financial models and analytics tooling with strong control standards.
Familiarity with wholesale and retail lending portfolios and profitability frameworks used in financial performance assessment.
Technical stack: SQL and Python for data extraction, automation, and analysis.
Analytics enablement: Tableau and Alteryx (or similar) to modernize reporting and improve efficiency.
Data governance and controls: data quality checks, reconciliations, and lineage. Cloud/data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) a plus.
