Senior Associate, Investment Compensation

In the role of Senior Associate, Investment Compensation, the employee will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets)
• Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling
• Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements)
• Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts
• Partnering with business development to produce compensation related analytics as requested
• Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations)
• Helping support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to multi-task time across time sensitive deliverables and project work

• Experience maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Strong Excel skills

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of consulting, banking, compensation, or corporate finance experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ICM and/or SPM systems (Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, etc.) preferred
• Hedge Fund and investment manager experience preferred

With respect to NY, CA, and IL based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between USD 125000 and USD 150000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
