Requirement: Candidates must reside within the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area.
Pay Range: $75,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Senior Audit Associate, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading engagements and mentoring developing staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, executing, and completing audit and assurance engagements
- Reviewing financial statements and audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance
- Identifying risks, internal control concerns, and process improvement opportunities
- Building strong relationships with client leadership teams
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff members
- Collaborating with managers and partners on complex accounting and audit matters
- Helping clients strengthen financial reporting and business operations

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-5 years of recent public accounting audit experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Desire to mentor others and continue growing professionally
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification is a plus
