    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior / Senior Associate to lead and support audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the firm's continued growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.Serve as the in-charge professional on client engagements, including planning, scheduling, coordinating fieldwork, and supervising staff.Review financial records, internal controls, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.Prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, audit reports, and related deliverables with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Communicate engagement progress, findings, recommendations, and issues clearly and effectively with clients and firm leadership.Research and resolve accounting and auditing matters of moderate complexity using sound professional judgment.Mentor, coach, and develop staff through ongoing guidance, training, and constructive feedback.Identify opportunities to improve client processes and provide value-added recommendations.Support practice development initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts within the firm.Manage multiple engagements and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred.Public accounting experience with a strong focus on audit and attest services.Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.Experience leading engagements and supervising staff preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Familiarity with audit software and data analytics tools is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
