Enjoy the best of both worlds with a flexible hybrid schedule and meaningful client work across diverse industries.What You'll Do:Lead the charge on complex audit engagements, applying your deep understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.Manage and mentor a team across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.Provide hands-on training, delegate effectively, and support the professional growth of junior staff.Prepare audit, review, and compilation reports with precision—complete with analytical procedures and footnote disclosures.Dive deep into financial trends and industry benchmarks to provide valuable insights.Communicate technical issues clearly to management and collaborate on strategic solutions.Deliver creative problem-solving for clients across various industries.Prepare compliance tax returns and related financial statements with a focus on industry-specific needs.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA a strong plus)4–6 years of audit experience—ideally in public accounting—with exposure to:Non-profits (including Single Audits & Yellow Book)Employee Benefit PlansFor-Profit sectors like construction and distributionStrong client service mindset, with exceptional organizational and analytical skillsHigh level of initiative—able to thrive both independently and in a collaborative settingExcellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesIn-depth understanding of client business operations and accounting systemsBonus points for experience with CCH, Pfx Engagement, and QuickBooksPassion for developing others—you enjoy training and supervising up-and-coming talentReady to bring your expertise to a firm that values your contributions and supports your growth?
