Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Azure Integration Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions supporting tolling operations. This role focuses on Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, IVR systems, CRM platforms, SAP, and integrations with external systems to support high-volume processing, improve system performance, and streamline data flows. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience developing complex integrations and delivering scalable solutions within tolling environments.

Job Duties

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure cloud technologies, middleware systems, and document storage and retrieval solutions.

• Analyze solution components and integration models to identify effective approaches for connecting enterprise systems.

• Evaluate integration options to support high-volume processing requirements.

• Apply best practices for leveraging open APIs and reducing unnecessary data replication and integration.

• Lead the development and implementation of complex solutions that meet tolling project requirements using CRM platforms, Azure cloud services, IVR technologies, and external systems.

• Design and implement integrations between SAP, CRM systems, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, payment gateways, backend databases, and traffic management systems.

• Design and optimize IVR systems to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency while ensuring seamless integration with CRM and tolling backend systems.

• Continuously improve technical integrations, streamline data flows, and optimize system performance.

• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including system designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analyses, and lessons learned.

• Follow applicable technical standards, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a developer or in a similar role, with knowledge of Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and integrations with external systems, specifically in tolling projects.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms (Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.

• Extensive experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems in tolling environments, such as toll collection systems and traffic management systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike tolling solutions.

• 10+ years of experience developing complex system integrations for high-volume organizations using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.

• Master's degree preferred.
