Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs supporting digital asset platforms
Architect and optimize microservices, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product to deliver robust solutions
Implement and maintain blockchain integrations, smart contract interactions, and digital wallet services
Ensure system security, performance, and reliability through code reviews and best practices
Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering standards
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in real-time trading or asset management environments
Requirements:
5+ years of backend development experience with languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js
Hands-on experience with digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech platforms
Strong proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL API design and development
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Solid understanding of database technologies including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
Familiarity with Web3 frameworks, DeFi protocols, or tokenization standards is a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an Agile environment
