Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator (Steel) - Pasadena TX

Lead BIM and VDC on structural steel projects in the Pasadena area. As Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator, you'll own 3D modeling and digital coordination and connect the field, the shop, and the design team, catching clashes before they become costly fixes.

Responsibilities

• Support detailing, erection, and fabrication teams with model-based workflows
• Build and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Lead VDC process improvements and mentor other modelers
• Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings with engineers and trades
• Keep project files, standards, and models organized and up to date

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
