An established, growing engineering firm in the Dallas metropolitan area is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer ready to turn deep technical experience into greater project ownership, client influence, and leadership responsibility.

THE ROLE

• Lead bridge and transportation structures design

• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and project execution

• Set a high standard for technical quality and design reviews

• Develop staff and strengthen the team’s capabilities

• Build client relationships and support new project pursuits

THE IDEAL BACKGROUND

• 15+ years of bridge/structural design experience

• Texas PE and B.S. in Civil Engineering

• Strong AASHTO LRFD and TxDOT design knowledge

• TxDOT experience and relevant precertifications—or ability to obtain them

• Concrete and steel bridge design expertise

• Proven project leadership and mentorship skills

• M.S. Civil Engineering and Oklahoma PE are a plus
