Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Application Modernization<\/span><\/span><\/b>

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and technical design activities for a high -visibility, multi -year application modernization initiative in a complex, multi -stakeholder environment. The ideal candidate combines deep business process expertise with the ability to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions for large -scale systems.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Partner with cross -functional teams and executives to understand business processes, define requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate closely with application and solution architects to drive design direction and validate technical designs for accuracy, completeness, and quality standards.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Guide decisions on legacy modernization, integration of existing solutions, and custom vs. off -the -shelf implementations.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead responsive design initiatives to ensure human -centric application solutions.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Create process models, data flows, and business diagrams using industry -standard tools.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure software is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.<\/span><\/span>

• Mentor junior analysts and support best -practice adoption across the team.<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  
  <\/p>

  • 12+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong record of translating complex business processes into technical requirements.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 8+ years working directly with application and solution architects on large -scale technical designs.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Bachelor’s degree required.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Expertise reviewing technical specifications for quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern programming frameworks with ability to work in hybrid SDLC environments (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools for flowcharts, data models, and business process diagrams.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience identifying gaps in existing software systems and designing solutions through new features, third -party integrations, or legacy system enhancements.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration, APIs, middleware, cloud computing, and other infrastructure considerations impacting software choices.<\/span><\/span>
