Senior Business Analyst

Pay Range: $80/hr - $90/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have skills: Business Analysis, stakeholder, Documentation
• 6 years of experience as a Senior BA
• Conducts stakeholder interviews, process discovery workshops, and operational assessments to document current-state processes.
• Develops process maps, analyzes pain points and inefficiencies, and produces analytical artifacts that inform future-state design decisions.
