Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency

• Map and analyze current and future state business processes, including process re-engineering initiatives

• Lead and support software application development efforts aligned to business goals

• Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes

• Perform vendor research and support technology selection and implementation efforts

• Develop documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

• Support high-visibility initiatives with exposure to senior leadership


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience

• Minimum of 3 years of US-based work experience and ability to work onsite locally

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

• Experience with business process mapping, analysis, and improvement

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
