Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition for our IT services and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and closing B2B deals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and SaaS products.
- Prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations with decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable SaaS solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop customized proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience selling SaaS products, software solutions, or IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms.
- Understanding of cloud-based applications, enterprise software, and digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience selling HR Tech, ERP, CRM, FinTech, GovTech, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of the US, Middle East, or international markets is an added advantage.
