Spectrum is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in financial planning, budgeting and analysis to shape our financial strategies and optimize performance. In this impactful role, your work will directly influence Spectrum's ability to achieve key business objectives and foster operational excellence.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinate and monitor budgets while overseeing re-forecasting activities to ensure alignment with financial objectives
• Develop and interpret financial concepts to implement planning and control measures across Spectrum
• Prepare and review comprehensive reports and analyses to support operational decisions
• Analyze data trends in operational budget spend to help teams meet Key Performance Indicators
• Build and deploy financial models to forecast results and identify cost savings opportunities
• Create operating expense reforecasts and conduct variance analysis and reporting
• Perform monthly reviews of financial statements to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Educate and recommend changes to accounting operations policies and procedures
• Drive process improvements by implementing best practices in forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, including automation where possible
• Partner with functional leaders to identify and realize cost savings across Spectrum

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of business planning, financial analysis or related experience

Skills

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
• Skilled at handling multiple projects and priorities
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data
• Quick to identify business problems and opportunities
• Clear and straightforward oral and written communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and other relevant software applications
• Understanding of advanced accounting theory and procedures
• Familiarity with operating and capital financial statements

The base pay for this position generally is between $81,800.00 and $131,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
