This combined team, in collaboration with key partners, builds solutions to serve Marketing, Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs & Access ("CMG"), and other patient- and customer-facing teams across CMG to shape and drive a seamless, consistent, meaningful, and compliant experience for patients and customers across our interactions. The Opportunity
The Business Product Manager, Media & Social Operations owns the product roadmap to contribute to the delivery of enterprise-grade products that streamline and automate media and social operations workflows. This role bridges internal marketing teams, agency partners, and production operations-building solutions that reduce time-to-market, decrease agency dependency, and enable self-serve, scalable execution of media campaigns at enterprise level.
You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, media operations, offshore production teams, and technology to define product requirements, prioritize capabilities, and ship products that empower teams to launch campaigns faster while maintaining quality and compliance.

Location: This role is based in South San Francisco (onsite presence required) and offers a hybrid schedule working 3 day per week on campus
Relocation benefits are NOT offered on this posting.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $136,900/yr to $254,200/yr. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
