p>Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, seeks a strategic, experienced transactional attorney to provide legal support to Roche and Genentech's combined global Corporate Business Development team and other teams within the Roche Group, with a primary focus on structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex bio-pharma licensing and other strategic transactions. • Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of "market" terms for licensing and collaboration transactions, and a working knowledge of issues relevant to drug discovery and development in the context of business development transactions including manufacturing of large and small molecules, antitrust, privacy and other matters.
