Title: Senior Business Technology Analyst
Duration: 12 Months With possible extension or conversion

Job Description:
High Level Project Overview:
- The Senior Business Technology Analyst leads the analysis, planning, testing, and delivery of complex technology initiatives that support business and operational objectives.
- This position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, technology partners, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and align with business needs.
- The Senior BTA independently manages multiple initiatives, drives requirements and testing activities, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and mentors junior analysts. The role is accountable for day-to-day project execution and successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities for complex projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and system requirements.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and related project artifacts.
- Coordinate and lead testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support project objectives.
- Manage relationships with business partners, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
- Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations.
- Support implementation planning, production deployments, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members.
- Ensure solutions comply with applicable business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science
