This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and

  • Define and deliver the warehouse's data services, including enhanced reporting and analytics, custom data deliveries, system connectivity, and AI use cases.
  • Lead business requirements analysis across IA&R stakeholders. Capture, challenge and prioritize data and reporting needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for D&T, and act as the single point of contact between business users and technical delivery.
  • Plan and run functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new and changed data models, pipelines and reporting datasets.
  • Lead business change management for data initiatives, covering stakeholder communication, adoption planning and release coordination.
  • Partner with the Data Governance and Data Quality teams so warehouse data stays well defined, documented and trusted.
  • Own technical and business documentation for the warehouse: data models, source-to-target mappings, definitions and process flows.
  • Design and deliver business training on the warehouse, its data and the connected platforms.
  • Provide market analysis and business consultancy to the business and its clients, including support for AI initiatives.
  • Set the delivery priorities and quality standards for the warehouse, and coordinate the work across teams needed to meet them.
  • Work in a global, Agile delivery model, coordinating across time zones and partner teams.
  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance

evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve complex technical and system issues within a variety of software packages. Resolve

escalated questions and problems within the department. Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using

an incident management system.

  • Assist the team with the installation of complex system migrations. This also includes new clients, system

implementations, and upgrades.

  • Ensure that all supported systems are following established best practices, regulatory requirements, CAPP, and

internal and external controls.

  • Identify process and system improvements and implement solutions. Spearheaded internally driven projects to

increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Recommend executing functional operational programs and

procedures.

  • Communicate ongoing feedback on team, project, and department impact of projects. Create team and client[1]facing training for system overviews, changes, and new system deliveries.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to

achieve team and departmental objectives.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a

different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.

  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
  • Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
