Senior Business Technology Analyst

Job Description:

• The Senior Business Technology Analyst leads the analysis, planning, testing, and delivery of complex technology initiatives that support business and operational objectives.
• This position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, technology partners, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and align with business needs.
• The Senior BTA independently manages multiple initiatives, drives requirements and testing activities, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and mentors junior analysts.
• The role is accountable for day-to-day project execution and successful solution delivery.

• Lead business analysis activities for complex projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and system requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and related project artifacts.
• Coordinate and lead testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support project objectives.
• Manage relationships with business partners, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations.
• Support implementation planning, production deployments, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting software delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

• Experience supporting operationally critical or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Quality Center for requirements/test management
• Experience with Qtest
• Experience with vendor-managed solutions and enterprise technology projects.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading delivery teams.

• 7+ years of business analysis or systems analysis experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science
