Job Description
- Serve as the primary supply chain and procurement contact for assigned customer programs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery, and risk
- Manage supplier relationships, delivery commitments, and material availability to support production schedules
- Drive purchase order management, backlog analysis, forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives
- Identify alternate suppliers and sourcing solutions to mitigate shortages and supply chain disruptions
- Partner cross-functionally with program management, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve customer delivery and revenue objectives

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience within manufacturing environments
- Customer facing experience REQUIRED
- Experience supporting electronic components, EMS, contract manufacturing, or high-tech products strongly preferred
- Strong background in supplier management, material planning, and inventory control
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with a metrics-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and customer demands
