This position is for a Senior Citrix Administrator supporting the ALTESS Windows team. This is currently a mixed and growing environment of Windows 2019 and Windows 2022. This position will work with the existing Windows team to manage,maintain, deploy, troubleshoot and support servers for a mixed customer environment. This position will plan, execute and implement new system HW and SW and create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures and policies as needed.

Requirements:

• a) CompTIA Security+.
  b) Computing Environment (CE) Certification (i.e., MCSE, Server+, CCNA, RedHat,
  Palo, etc.) – can be waived for 30 days after project join date.
  c) Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  d) Experience in Computer Science or IT.
  e) Five or more years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer
  designing, installing, and maintaining Citrix Xenapp, NetScaler Gateway, Citrix
  Storefront, and Citrix Director.
  f) Three more years’ experience in automating assigned tasks utilizing powershell.
  g) Three or more years’ installing, configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting
  complex applications and websites IIS, Apache, etc.
  h) Three or more years’ experience working in an environment with complex
  networking solutions with senior level fundamental knowledge in networking
  principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP).
  i) Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be a team player.

Desired Qualifications:

• a) Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience.
  b) Three or more years’ experience supporting Cybersecurity patch management and
  Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), SRG, RMF, SCA-V, and Cyber
  Operational Readiness Assessments (CORA).
  c) Three or more years’ experience managing enterprise level Active Directory
  Structures.
  d) Three or more years’ experience creating and maintaining complex MS Group
  Policy implementations.
  e) Three or more years' experience creating, maintaining, following Standard
  Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common
  problem resolution.
  f) Three or more years’ experience configuring and maintaining key services such as
  DNS, SFTP, SMTP, and NTP.

If hired for this position, the base salary range would be within the range provided. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Empower AI's total compensation package for employees.
