    What You’ll Be Doing

    You’ll take the lead on meaningful, complex civil engineering work across a wide range of land development projects, including:

    • Applying standard civil engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria
    • Performing and managing computations, reports, permit applications, and CAD drawings
    • Designing site plans, grading, utilities, erosion and sediment control systems
    • Stormwater management design and analysis (including SWPPP compliance)
    • Roadway, parking, and infrastructure design
    • Minor water and wastewater system design
    • Preparing proposals for professional services
    • Managing projects from concept through completion
    • Client engagement and relationship management
    • Mentoring and supporting junior staff
    • Contributing to technical strategy and presenting at meetings and public forums

    Projects You’ll Touch

    Your work will help shape communities through:

    • Town and planning board consultations
    • Land use and zoning compliance reviews
    • Site analysis and development planning
    • Commercial and office park design
    • Stormwater pollution prevention planning
    • Sanitary systems design, testing, and permitting
    • Roads, bridges, and transportation-related infrastructure
    • Water, wastewater, and stormwater system design
    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET/EAC accredited)
    • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
    • Experience in land development within a consulting environment
    • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Suite
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
    • Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple deadlines
    • Leadership mindset with ambition to grow into a senior decision-making role
