Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
️ Experience: 6+ years of related litigation experience
Requirement: Active North Carolina Bar License

Candidates must have experience defending civil litigation claims, with preference given to attorneys who have handled matters involving:

Construction Litigation
Trucking & Transportation
Products Liability
Professional Liability
Motor Vehicle Negligence
Premises Liability
Commercial Litigation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 6+ years of related civil litigation experience
• Strong background defending civil litigation claims
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions — REQUIRED
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Sophisticated technical skills
• Experience handling court appearances and depositions
• Trial experience is a plus
• Active North Carolina Bar License
