Senior Client Accounts Specialist - Hybrid

Compensation Range: $85K - $95K

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Client Accounts Specialist:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive resolution of outstanding receivables.
- Analyze account activity and payment trends to identify risks, opportunities, and collection strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account disputes.
- Develop and recommend payment arrangements and collection plans for complex accounts.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and communicate status updates to leadership.
Qualifications for the Senior Client Accounts Specialist:
- 7+ years of commercial collections, credit management, or accounts receivable experience.
- Experience supporting complex client accounts within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounts receivable or financial management systems.
