Senior Client Service Representative

Overview

Responsibilities

• Calculate and review daily Net Asset Values (NAVs) for assigned funds
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports and deliverables
• Generate and maintain internal and external client reporting packages
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Utilize internal systems and technology to support daily fund accounting activities
• Review, investigate, and resolve accounting breaks and reconciliation issues
• Escalate complex issues and risks to management as appropriate
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts
• Maintain high service standards and build strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 3 years of Fund Accounting experience
• Strong understanding of investment products, including:
  • Equities
  • Fixed Income Securities
  • Derivatives
  • Corporate Actions
  • Emerging Markets Investments
• Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Bloomberg and Reuters platforms
• Prior experience in financial services, custody operations, or investment accounting
• Experience supporting institutional or investment management clients
