Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fund accounting, administration, and custody client support and a proven ability to resolve inquiries, manage risk and controls, and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and internal operational teams.
  • Proactively respond to and filter client inquiries, escalating as appropriate.
  • Participate in scheduled client meetings and team-based projects and audits.
  • Support measurement of Client Service Standards across product lines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and third parties to prioritize requests, deliverables, and resolutions.
  • Review internal reporting for assigned relationships and escalate servicing issues to leadership.
  • Utilize internal technology solutions to manage and track client inquiries.
  • Introduce clients to new technology, automation tools, and products.
  • Monitor receipt of client documentation (tax, accounting elections, KYC, account information, authorized signers) and assess exposure from missing items.
  • Provide guidance and assist in training newly hired or less experienced staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of financial services or fund administration industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, research, and resolve client needs in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in learning and using internal technology platforms to manage inquiries.
  • Relationship-building skills with internal teams and external clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of securities, accounting standards, and regulatory changes.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret data, workflows, and numeric information.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with fund accounting, custody platforms, and client service technologies.
  • Background in risk and control processes, including KYC and documentation oversight.
