Senior Cloud Engineer

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to work as a member of a team managing and maintaining multiple coalition Mission Partner network enclaves in support of the DoW community. The Senior Cloud Engineer will work with a team to design, implement, and maintain enclaves'' virtual infrastructure in both AWS and Azure Cloud. The Senior Cloud Engineer position is a demanding, high-energy role that requires innovative solutions to network, hardware, and software problems. The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills and a breadth of expertise in cloud networking concepts, modern CI/CD pipeline, platform automation, and infrastructure development supporting these technologies.

The candidate will work in a hybrid onsite/remote capacity in ECS offices located in Fairfax VA, and will be required to travel to Springfield, VA; Falls Church, VA; and/or Adelphi, MD for weekly customer site support, as needed. The candidate must also have the ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS approximately 10 - 20%, as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Integrate, collaborate, and support, a team of subject matter experts in a highly agile environment, to implement best-in-class, multi-cloud solutions.
• Leverage a variety of automation, instance, and/or container, orchestration, security, and native/non-native cloud services for large DoD program(s).
• Architect, design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions and new capabilities in AWS/Azure.
• Assist in partner network integration, testing, and monitoring.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $170,000-200,000
