You will be accountable for scope, schedule, financials, quality, and client communication, and you will lead Project Managers, APMs, and field leadership to deliver predictable results.What You'll DoOwn the full project lifecycle from kickoff through warrantyBuild baseline schedules and manage updates with logic ties, float, and critical pathLead contract review, buyout strategy, and subcontractor/vendor engagementManage budgets, labor forecasts, cost reports, and project financial performanceCoordinate procurement, equipment releases, and long-lead trackingOversee RFIs, submittals, change events, T&M logs, and owner change requestsLead coordination meetings with clients, GCs, commissioning agents, and field leadersIssue work plans, look-aheads, and manpower needs to field teamsSupport commissioning, FAT/SAT, and punch list closureReview install quality, site safety, and documentation complianceMentor and develop PMs, APMs, and Field StaffRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experiencePMP certification7+ years of project management experience in electrical, mechanical, or controls constructionProven success managing large industrial or data center projectsExperience directing field teams and coordinating with commissioning agentsExperience with CSI Division 23 (HVAC), 25 (Integrated Automation), 26 (Electrical), and 27 (Communications) scopesStrong technical understanding of BAS/BMS and EPMS scopes and installation flowProficiency in schedule development, forecasting, and cost trackingOSHA 30 (or ability to obtain upon hire)Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to regional job sitesAbility to work occasional evenings/weekends during cutovers and startupsPreferred QualificationsProcore, CMiC, Bluebeam, and MS Project or Primavera P6Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, PLC panels, metering, and switchgearPE, CxA, or Niagara experienceExperience supervising multiple PMs, PEs, or APMsCandidates Often Come From Roles Such AsControls Project Manager, BAS/BMS Project Manager, Electrical Project Manager, Mission-Critical Project Manager, Data Center Construction Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer ready to step up.Work EnvironmentRegular presence on active data center and industrial construction sitesExposure to heat, cold, noise, and construction conditions Work AuthorizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
