Senior Consultant
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional Tariff & Tax Consultant to support a high-priority project focused on tariff review, tax-related processes, and backlog reduction.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and can confidently partner with executives in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Tariff & Tax Consultant
- Review and analyze tariff and tax-related transactions and documentation
- Work directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives and special projects
- Process and update tariff-related information within company systems
- Help reduce and eliminate existing backlogs through timely review and processing
- Utilize SAP and Excel to track, analyze, and maintain accurate records
- Research discrepancies and provide recommendations for resolution
- Support reporting and documentation associated with tariff and taxation activities
Qualifications for the Tariff & Tax Consultant
Required:
- Experience working with tariffs and taxation
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
- Professional communication skills and executive presence
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Preferred:
- SAP experience
- Experience working directly with senior leadership teams
- Background in manufacturing, importing/exporting, or complex tax environments
