PCG is seeking an engaging, outgoing, experienced self-starter who will help us grow and expand our school-based Mental and Behavioral Health Services (MBHS) services. The right candidate is expected to use subject matter expertise to build relationships with state and local education leaders, become deeply familiar with our products and services, as well as the issues that state and local education agencies are facing and how PCG's services and solutions benefit them. This candidate will be evaluated on the business opportunities created, sales made, and the new revenue generated from those identified opportunities.
The Senior Consultant will manage complex projects and/or produce sophisticated deliverables; they hire, train and supervise staff; work independently with minimal supervision; play a key role in proposals and sales presentations and present and participate at conferences.
The Senior Consultant will take a client-centric view and apply a consultative approach to understanding and solving complex problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of state and local strategies that expand PCG's impact and grow our business across our MBHS services. The Senior Consultant will provide product leadership, partnership, and expertise in supporting our clients and partners through their efforts related to MBHS program development, software implementation, professional development, data management and reporting, revenue growth and ultimately improving school/student outcomes. While it is anticipated to be a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate be able to travel to as needed to meet with clients, as well as travel for internal purposes.
The ideal candidate is a senior level individual who has experience in the education and/or mental/behavioral health care industry with responsibilities that include business development, sales and team leadership in: MBHS program evaluation, education software, strategic planning, networking and relationship building. They bring a strong track record of leading large initiatives, navigating interagency collaboration, and driving systemic improvements in education with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Range: $88,900 - $120,000
