About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project management and hardware engineering, delivering bespoke automation systems tailored to client needs. This position offers the opportunity to:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of engineers from requirements gathering to specifications development and final deployment.
- Showcase technical proficiency in automation solutions, including PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
- Directly engage with customers to identify needs and transform them into cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop control system architectures, select components, and oversee the production of schematic diagrams and system documentation.
- Ensure project success and client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering innovative automation solutions, either independently or by leading a team.
- In-depth knowledge of control hardware, including design standards for motor control centers and hazardous area panel design.
- Designing and implementing control system networks using industry-standard protocols (Ethernet/IP, ProfiNET, Modbus).
- Acting as a technical lead, guiding junior engineers and technicians.
- Managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing daily operations, with a direct impact on project profitability.
