    Description

    We are partnering with a hypergrowth AI technology company to identify a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to join its expanding finance organization. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP, Corporate Controller, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to influence accounting operations in a rapidly scaling environment.Position OverviewThe Senior Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This role will lead the close process, support audit activities, and provide technical accounting guidance, while also driving process improvements to support the company's continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee US GAAP financial reporting, including consolidated financials and account reconciliationsLead month-end and year-end close processes and drive process improvementsPrepare and review reporting packages, including cash flow and variance analysisIdentify and implement process improvements and best practicesPartner cross-functionally on technical accounting matters (acquisitions, equity, stock-based compensation, etc.)Maintain accounting policies and ensure compliance with new standardsReview contracts for accounting implicationsStrengthen internal controls and support SOX complianceLead external and internal audits and act as the primary auditor contactQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA requiredPublic accounting or advisory experience12+ years of overall accounting experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with technical accounting areasExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or OracleExperienced with leading close processes and managing auditsExperience in a high-growth or technology environment is highly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
