Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Maintain and improve standard costing, inventory costing, and bill of materials (BOM) processes.
• 
  
• Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and cost tracking to support pricing and profitability decisions.
• 
  
• Partner with Sales, Quality, and leadership teams to analyze product margins and identify opportunities for improved financial performance.
• 
  
• Update labor and overhead rates while supporting ongoing process improvements within the cost accounting function.
• 
  
• Assist with ERP optimization and provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience or public accounting experience supporting manufacturing clients.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and manufacturing financial reporting.
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills with a passion for process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.
