Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Cost Accountant Role:

• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and cost of goods sold (COGS) activities.
• 
  
• Manage inventory costing methodologies and item maintenance within NetSuite.
• 
  
• Support month-end close, inventory reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• 
  
• Monitor inventory reserves, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments.
• 
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy, processes, and reporting.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Sr Cost Accountant:

• 
  
• 6+ years of cost accounting and inventory accounting experience within biotech, life sciences, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of inventory costing, COGS, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• 
  
• Experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills highly desired.
