Target Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Accountant:

• 
  
• Manage and analyze standard costs, BOMs, routings, product costing, and manufacturing cost structures
• 
  
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, scrap, yield, and production variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• 
  
• Oversee inventory valuation, reserves, reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes
• 
  
• Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and operational financial reporting
• 
  
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance on cost savings, productivity initiatives, and business decisions
• 
  

Qualifications for the Senior Cost Accountant:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 
  
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing variances, and financial controls
• 
  
• Manufacturing ERP experience, with SAP and SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred; intermediate to advanced Excel skills
