What You'll Do

Own monthly inventory and cost accounting close activities
Analyze inventory balances, reserves, variances, and manufacturing costs
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Monitor standard costs and assist with cost roll-ups and updates
Partner with operations to investigate inventory discrepancies and manufacturing variances
Support physical inventories and cycle counts
Analyze labor, overhead, material, and production variances
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Support audits and identify process improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of accounting experience, including manufacturing cost accounting
Experience with inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
Strong Excel and ERP system skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities

Annual Salary:$85,000-$115,000
